Team Tunnicliffe is delighted to announce a new Gold Level Sponsor of our team
The distinguished organization - 11th Hour Racing - has become a Gold Level Sponsor of our team and our Olympic campaign. Their help and support will allow us to continue to train and compete at the highest level, at home and abroad, which is so essential for us to achieve our goals.
The collaboration between 11th Hour Racing and Team Tunnicliffe aims to demonstrate that making the right choices - on the water and off - will make for a faster, winning Team, while promoting the health of our waters. 11th Hour Racing's mission is to advance winning sailing practices, one degree at a time. Through sponsorship of winning sailing teams and Clean Regattas, 11th Hour Racing works to advance sailing practices that improve the energy profile and performance of racing boats. Team 11th Hour collaborates with Sailors for the Sea to create a practical vocabulary for Clean Regattas and to help spread a culture of best practices throughout the sailing community. Sailors for the Sea is a nonprofit organization that educates and empowers the boating community on how to protect oceans and coastal waters.
Team Tunnicliffe is excited and ready to work hard, at home and abroad, to promote 11th Hour Racing's (and Sailors for the Sea's) environmental messages and goals. By competing and doing well on the world stage of sailing, and through localized education and promotion, we will demonstrate conscientious behavior and ocean stewardship, and will serve as a catalyst to promote and propagate this attitude.
