That's all me. If you do something sweet, like post an awesome blog about 505 sailing, I'll usually pick up on it and make a banner on the homepage. If I don't do it right away, or you just want to give me an early warning, you can always message me ahead of time so I can make a banner for your contribution to go live when your content goes up.

This is pretty easy. How do the flash banners get created for the front page? Is that something that the user creates or something that is done by site admin?
