The Volvo Ocean Race has one North American stopover: Boston, MA. Fan Pier, a large waterfront area in South Boston will be Volvo headquarters for 3 weeks as the sailors relax before starting the next leg to Galway on May 16. During that time, Fan Pier will be host to all kinds of exciting events, from ICSA Semifinals to the in-port race to the nightly live music and parties hosted by the hometown sponsor, Puma.
