I think Pete and Carrie passed head to wind to get then came back down, so it was not the complete tack and gybe.

Thanks! I should mention, I talked to the umpires after the race and they saw what I missed: Pete/Carrie passing head to wind and getting room, aka "The Move," first introduced on Sailgroove by Matt Knowles.

Chris nice commentary. The only thing the camera missed was Pete/Carries tack around at mark 3 to give them room.

That was an Extreme double tack on the 1st beat, left side Zach! I woulda known it was coming!

Looks like the judges don't care about illegal tacking/gybing at this regatta.
