Meet the University of Vermont Catamounts, sailing on their Lake Champlain home waters off Burlington, VT. UVM was an "up and coming" for the few many years, but over the last three seasons proved they were true contenders. The Groovy U.V.'s put up tremendous results and had consistently high National rankings. Last year they were only one point away from qualifying for the National Championship, competing with the country's best teams despite not competing in their home district all season.
