Good Morning!

Racing has started up again this morning after a short competitors meeting at 8:45 am. We are starting with race 13B with the breeze already building. Right now, it is slightly overcast with a southeasterly breeze at about 15-17 knots with puffs hitting 21 knots. But these conditions are only supposed to build. It's also supposed to get into the low 100s today.
Big breeze, sunny skies, high temps- welcome to Texas sailing!

Yes, the boats are out there racing right now and will continue until this evening. Conditions started this morning in the 80s with a southwest wind at about 10-13 knots which grew as the day went on to about right now with about 14-16 knots with puffs hitting about 21 knots at the most.

Racing started this morning with B going out for three races, then A for 3 races. At this point they hope to get done with 18 races today.
Race committee has been running unmodified windward-leewards. Generally they have been running W2s and the third race is a W2 with an upwind finish.
