The format is going to be slightly different this year. The plan is a to sail all RRs until the Finals. 16 teams will do a round, followed by a 4 team Repechage of places 7-10. The top 8 will then do a RR and the bottom 8 will do a RR. Time permitting, there will be another split RR. From here the top 2 sail first to 3 for the Championship and 3-4 sail first to 2 for the Petite Championship. |

I think what he means is, they know what umps are looking for, so they're going to be vocal about gaining right of way and they know when they are likely to get a call vs a 50/50 situation when it might be better to just spin. Hopefully he's not insinuating that SP is going to play dirty. |
