Get a clue. College sailing regattas haven't started yet, with the Harry A's getting moved back a couple of years ago. Snipes are good post college boats that have a lot more to them than a Vanguard. There are plenty of current college sailors, recent grads (BK comes to mind) sailing snipes all across the country. Why do a-holes like you always have to complain when Chris Love is providing us with a free service unrivaled in its quality and quantity of content. |

why are you covering snipe worlds |
The Snipe is definitely a great post college boat, and so is the Vanguard, for different reasons. Either way, this is a great event for Chris to cover and thanks for being there because this IS a respectable worlds for sure. Just look at the list of past champions in the class.
And although college sailing does have a lot of people at the top of many classes, there are still a lot of top sailors who were not great college sailors or college sailors at all.
And BTW Augie Diaz was a great college sailor and is at the event, along with several others. I'd like for you to tell him that this is not a respectable worlds.
