matt allen is graceful. Like a ballerina pirouetting to a fine waltz, or a figure skater perfectly executing a triple toe-triple lutz combination.

I can appreciate that common saying...."smooth sailing".....so much more after watching this Technique Tuesday! If they do it smoothly it is almost like a choreographed performance. Great show. Thanks.
