I think this brings up a lot of good questions that there might not be able to be really resolved. it's great to want to consider the crew more in awards, but unfortunately I do know a couple skippers...

Thanks Phil! That's a good question. I tried to write it as "gender neutral" as possible, but having always been a coed sailor it's hard to tell. Maybe some dude-crews have some input?
