@Phil: Sounds like a good way to spend those cold days

@ Foward look: The Dominican Republic sounds like a perfect place for some serious sailing! Take some pics and share them with Sailgroove!

@Jeff: Hey! I mean since you are a native Ohioan you should try iceboating for sure. I hope next time I'm up there I can try it out too.

@12345: I guess it's being in Texas.... but I'll be a bit more conscious. Can't make too many promises though!

Personally I hope to get in some laser sailing on the warmer days. The water is prettty cold, but college sailing will start right back up with our first regatta at the end of January. Can't wait for that!

Just got back from Etchells Piana cup in Miami. Looking forward to the rest of the Jaguar series, and maybe trying some iceboating for the first time.

Definitely Mids, and a week of training in Cabarete. We have 18 masters Laser sailors from Ontario heading down to Cab for five days of training. We've pretty well booked the hotel El Magnifico solid.

But the big, fat jumper will be the 15 mile downwind sail we have planned for day three. The boats will be road-hauled upwind to a beach launch and we'll sail down from there. Sweet. Then we sail what we have dubbed the "Canadian Masters Midwinters" the next day. Thank you God!!
